Eligibility is global; the reward is local. Model 3, Model Y and eligible Cybertruck configurations qualify for a referral benefit — Model S and Model X were removed in March 2026. Here's the picture by model and market, then the detail on each.

Removed March 2026
Model S was dropped from the referral program in March 2026, worldwide, so entering a code on a Model S order adds nothing for the buyer. If you're choosing between models, the Model 3 and Model Y still qualify for your market's reward. Government EV incentives on your country page are separate and may still apply to a Model S.
Model X

How to apply it, whichever model you choose
- Open the referral link first. Click the referral link before you configure anything. It loads Tesla's official store and attaches the code to your session — this is the step people skip, and it's why they lose the benefit.
- Design your Tesla. Choose your Model 3, Model Y or eligible Cybertruck, with paint, wheels and options as normal, on Tesla's own site.
- Check the Referral Code field at checkout. On the order/payment step, confirm the referral code is shown (or paste it into the Referral Code field). One referral per order; a vehicle order and a solar order are separate.
- Confirm the benefit before you pay. Make sure your market's reward — the FSD trial, free Supercharging or the discount — appears in the order summary before you place the order. Tesla can't add a referral once an order number exists.

Which Tesla models qualify for a referral benefit in 2026?
Model 3, Model Y and eligible Cybertruck configurations (Premium AWD & Cyberbeast). Model S and Model X were removed from the program in March 2026.
Does the model change what the reward is?
No — the reward is set by your country, not your model. An eligible Model 3 and Model Y get the same market reward; the Cybertruck only exists in North America, where that reward is the FSD trial.
Is the Cybertruck eligible outside North America?
No. The Cybertruck isn't homologated for sale in the UK, France, Spain or the Netherlands, so there's no referral reward for it there.
