Short version: this is a free, independent directory of the Tesla referral program across 8 countries. Using a code costs nothing and never changes your price. We're not Tesla, our figures can go stale between our checks, and you should always trust what Tesla's own checkout shows over what any third-party page — including this one — tells you.

1. What EV Referral Atlas is

EV Referral Atlas is a reference site that maps the Tesla buyer-referral program market by market: the local benefit, its rough value in local currency, the government incentives that stack with it, and how to apply a code at checkout. It is written and maintained by an individual (see About), not by Tesla or any dealer.

2. What it is not

It is not a Tesla product, a Tesla support channel, or a substitute for Tesla's own order process. We don't sell anything, we don't take payment details, and we don't require an account to read a page or use a code.

3. The referral relationship, plainly

Every code and link here belongs to a real Tesla owner enrolled in Tesla's own Refer & Earn program. Ordering through one applies your market's buyer reward at no cost and no price change to you; the referring owner may separately receive Tesla Credits under Tesla's standard terms, capped at the limit Tesla sets per year. Every outbound referral link on this site carries rel="nofollow sponsored" so search engines treat it as the paid/sponsored relationship it is.

4. Why the country figures need re-checking

Because this is a multi-country directory rather than a single-market page, the single biggest accuracy risk is a figure that was correct in one country going stale, or a US-shaped fact being wrongly copied onto a UK/EU page. We stamp a "verified" date on every page and re-check before publishing, but Tesla adjusts amounts and eligibility on its own schedule and can do so faster than we can re-verify every market. Treat every value on this site — FSD trial estimates, Supercharging credit, cash-discount amounts, and any cited government incentive — as illustrative until you see the actual figure in your own order summary or the government source we've linked.

5. Trademarks and independence

"Tesla," the model names ("Model 3," "Model Y," "Model S," "Model X," "Cybertruck") and "Supercharging" are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. We use them only to identify the products the referral program applies to — never to imply that Tesla operates, endorses, reviews, or sponsors this site. It doesn't.

6. No warranty, no liability

Content here is provided as-is, for general information, without a warranty that any figure, incentive, or eligibility rule is current at the moment you read it. We aren't liable for a purchase decision made on the basis of a stale or incorrect figure — that's precisely why every page tells you to confirm the number that actually appears at Tesla's checkout or on the linked primary source before you rely on it.

We may update these terms as the site or the referral program changes; the date at the top of this page reflects the last real edit, not a rolling timestamp.
