What the code is worth in Belgium
| Model | Referral reward in Belgium |
|---|---|
| Model 3 | 1,000 km free Supercharging (checked 12 Sep 2026) |
| Model Y | 1,000 km free Supercharging (checked 12 Sep 2026) |
| Cybertruck | Not on the Belgian referral page |
| Model S / Model X | No benefit — removed from the program in 2026 |
Belgium approved FSD (Supervised) nationally in June 2026, after the Netherlands (see FSD in five EU countries). Approval did not change the referral: the Belgian page checked on 12 September 2026 still offered Supercharging distance, not an FSD trial.
Availability: Model 3 and Model Y are sold in Belgium; the Cybertruck is not homologated for EU sale.
Local incentives you can stack in Belgium
The referral reward is separate from government EV incentives, so where you qualify these stack on top. This is the depth other referral sites skip — verify each against the official source for your situation.
Company cars: 100% deductible if bought before 1 January 2027
Most new Teslas in Belgium are company cars, and for them the federal rule matters more than any referral. A zero-emission company car purchased before 1 January 2027 stays 100% tax-deductible. For zero-emission cars purchased after that date the deductible share steps down each year, to 67.5% by 2031. Advisers point out that the date on the purchase order is what counts, not the delivery date, so an order placed in 2026 for a 2027 delivery is the case to check with your accountant.
Flanders: annual road tax on EVs registered from 2026
Flanders announced in October 2025 that electric cars registered from 1 January 2026 pay the annual road tax, ending the old full exemption. Cars registered before 2026 keep their exemption. Road and registration taxes are regional in Belgium, so Brussels and Wallonia apply their own rules. For a leased car, the region that counts is the one where it is registered, which is often where the leasing company is based.
What is different about Belgium
- Two languages, one country. Tesla's Belgian site exists in Dutch (
nl_be) and French (fr_be). The referral reward was the same 1,000 km on both when checked. The referral button on this page opens whichever language your browser prefers. If it picks the wrong one, switch language on Tesla's site; the country, prices and reward stay the same. - The terms cap owners at ten. The Dutch-language Refer and Earn terms say an owner can assign at most 10 referrals for orders per calendar year ("maximaal 10 referrals voor bestellingen per kalenderjaar").
- Luxembourg and the Netherlands are different countries. Luxembourg has its own Tesla referral page (in French and German), and so does the Netherlands (see the Netherlands page). Use the link for the country where the car will be registered, not where you work. A Belgian resident working in Luxembourg normally orders a privately registered car from the Belgian site.
- FSD approval didn't change the reward. Belgium approved FSD (Supervised) in June 2026, but the reward checked in September was still Supercharging distance. The approval and the referral reward are two separate decisions. Approval doesn't mean an FSD trial is coming.
- The "2,000 km" reports. Some April 2026 coverage described a doubled European reward of about 2,000 km (our write-up). The Belgian page checked on 12 September 2026 printed 1,000 km. Go by the line in your own order summary.
How to apply it at checkout in Belgium
- Open the referral link first — it sends you to Tesla's Belgium site with the benefit attached. Tesla can't add a referral after you order.
- Configure your Model 3 or Model Y in EUR.
- Confirm the reward — 1,000 km free Supercharging — appears in the order summary before you place the order.
Belgium Tesla referral code FAQ
What does a Tesla referral link give you in Belgium in 2026?
1,000 km of free Supercharging on a new Model 3 or Model Y, on both the Dutch and French versions of Tesla's Belgian site. Last checked 12 September 2026; confirm it in your order summary before you pay.
Should I use the Dutch (nl_be) or French (fr_be) Tesla link?
Either. They are the same country, with the same prices and the same reward. Pick the language you want to read your order and contract in. A Luxembourg or Dutch link is a different country and isn't right for a car registered in Belgium.
Does the referral stack with the company-car deduction?
Yes. The referral distance comes from Tesla. The 100% deductibility for zero-emission company cars bought before 1 January 2027 is federal tax law. They don't interact, so where your company qualifies, you get both.
